Love Sadé Cosmetics Lash Studio – Client Policies 1. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. Each deposit allows one free reschedule. A second reschedule requires a new deposit. Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50 % of the service price. No-call / no-show appointments are charged 100 % of the service price. Deposits cannot be transferred once the single reschedule has been used. 2. Arrivals & Late Policy Please arrive on time and text when you arrive. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late incur a $15 late fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late must reschedule, and the deposit is forfeited. Out of respect for all clients; Arrivals after 15 minutes will be treated as a no-show and the appointment will be cancelled, even if the client arrives shortly after. Late arrivals and no-shows are subject to the same cancellation fee, as the service can no longer be completed within the remaining time. The deposit will be applied according to policy. 3. Lash Bath / Deep Cleaning Clients must arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. If you arrive with lash-glue residue, mascara, eye makeup, or heavy oils, a mandatory $15 deep-cleaning lash bath will be added to your service to ensure proper adhesion. 4.Working Over Another Artist’s Lash Work To uphold my standards of quality and lash health, I do not work over another artist’s extensions under any circumstances. A full removal is required prior to service. This policy is strictly upheld. 5.Pricing & Payments Service prices are agreed on before the appointment begins. Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on local rates. The remaining balance must be paid in cash only at your appointment. Paying the balance by card adds the current card-processing fee (rate shown at checkout). Paying the balance by Zelle adds a $5 convenience fee. 6. Same-Day & After-Hours Appointments Same-day or after-hours bookings must be confirmed with me first. If approved, a $45 fee will be added to the total. 7. Guests No extra guests are allowed during any appointment. This keeps the studio quiet, safe, and focused. 8. Safety & Cleanliness The studio is sanitized between every client and has proper ventilation. If you feel sick or show signs of a contagious condition, you will be asked to reschedule. 9. Conduct Respectful behavior is required at all times. Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate physical contact will end the appointment immediately and result in a permanent ban.
