Love Sadé Cosmetics Lash Studio Client Policy: Consultation and Lash Health: New clients will receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation for personalized lash styling, ensuring the preservation of your lash health. This includes discussing any allergies, sensitivities, or concerns to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Pricing and Changes: Prices may vary based on lash health and styling preferences, with all changes discussed before your appointment. Any adjustments to the agreed-upon service will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: To respect the time of both our clients and our lash artist, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-call, no-show appointments will incur a 100% service fee charge. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated as these policies help us maintain the integrity of our schedule and serve all our clients effectively. One-time rescheduling is allowed without penalty; subsequent changes may require a new deposit. Appointment Scheduling: Same-day appointments are exclusive to our membership program clients. To ensure availability and proper planning, we kindly request that appointments be scheduled in advance. This allows us to provide you with the highest level of service and attention to detail. Late Arrivals and Safety: Your safety and the safety of our lash artist are paramount. As a shared space, it's essential for clients to arrive clean and free of any contagious conditions. A $15 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. If you arrive after 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled to ensure adequate time for sanitation and preparation for the next client. Texting upon arrival is necessary to ensure a smooth and timely experience for all. No Accompanying Guests: For safety and efficiency reasons, no accompanying guests will be allowed during appointments. This policy is implemented to maintain a focused and comfortable environment for both the client and the lash artist. In-Depth Safety Protocol: Sanitization: Our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each client appointment. All equipment, tools, and surfaces are disinfected to ensure a hygienic environment. Ventilation: Our studio is equipped with proper ventilation to ensure the circulation of fresh air and reduce the risk of airborne transmission. Health Screening: Clients are required to complete a health screening questionnaire before their appointment to assess any potential symptoms or exposure to COVID-19. Clients exhibiting symptoms or who have been exposed to COVID-19 are kindly asked to reschedule their appointment for a later date. Contactless Payment: Whenever possible, we encourage contactless payment methods to minimize physical contact during transactions. Strict Adherence to Safety Measures: Our lash artist is committed to strict adherence to all safety measures and guidelines outlined by local health authorities to prioritize the well-being of our clients and staff. Prohibited Behavior: Disrespectful behavior, hate speech, and physical contact other than the lash procedure are strictly prohibited and grounds for being banned from booking future appointments.
